A Devotee’s Strange Experience – 2
A few years back Vinita had a near death experience just like Kalpana.
Vinitha along with her husband and daughter was going on a scooter late in the evening. She was wearing a synthetic saree and was holding one end of the pallu (saree edge) in one hand. Vinitha had pulled the other end of the saree around her shoulders, as if wearing a scarf.
The road was isolated with not many vehicles and very few lights.
The family was riding the scooter happily.
A few kilometers down the road, Vinitha made a sound like someone whose throat was getting choked.
A few seconds later the tyre of the scooter burst with a big sound.
Observe the leela of Krishna.
Vinita’s husband stopped the scooter and what he saw shocked him.
One end of Vinitha’s saree had been pulled into the scooter wheel and had coiled itself again and again. You can imagine how it would have been.
The saree was like a noose around Vinitha’s neck.
Being a synthetic saree it had burnt into the skin of the neck as well as her hand in which she was holding one end.
Immediately her husband got down and somehow removed the saree that had wound around her neck.
When they looked around what did they see!!!!
They were standing underneath a billboard. And on it….
There was a picture of..
MahaVishnu.

The board was showing the way to a temple nearby.
And interestingly there was a single light on top of the bill board. That was the only light around that area.
How Krishna takes care of His beloved devotees.
The mechanic took more than half an hour to pull out the saree from the wheel.
Both he and the doctor could not believe that she had come out of this incident with such less injury.
Vinita says she has more than 20 years of relationship with her Unni Kanna.

He had come to her rescue many a time...
When she was pregnant with her second daughter, she was not due for a month. However, as she was experiencing some pain she had gone to see her doctor.
The doctor told her husband that there were severe complications and that there was only 50-50 chance of her survival and 0% for her baby.
They took her into the operation theater. There she could see a big statue of Krishna with a big lamp in front of it. His face was turned towards His right. Vinita wondered and asked ‘Krishna!!! Why are you standing here? This is labour room’.

By then the injection which she was given to her earlier started to show its effect and she became unconscious. It was Janmastami day and her child was delivered through cesarean section. All through she could feel the presence of Krishna by her side.
Once she wished to see her Kanna without any gold ornaments that He is normally decorated with. That night she saw a dream. The temple doors of Guruvayur widely open with lights everywhere. When she saw Guruvayurappa, He was fully decked with only flowers and not even a single gold ornament on Him. Even the bracelet an necklaces were made of only flowers. The whole temple was only filled with flowers and lights.
She saw that He was laughing with pleasure. From the statue she saw one Krishna separated came towards her and melted into her body.
Once she performed Krishna vratam. She heard footsteps behind her but could not see anyone. She went into the kitchen to get the Panchamrutam for the naivedyam and again heard the steps. She was a little upset that she could not see him and scolded Krishna that she could not see Him.
In the afternoon when she was taking some rest, she saw in her dream Krishna entering her bedroom from the window. He sat next to her and asked her to open her mouth and He put….
A piece of sugar candy (kalakanda) in her mouth.
Every day she offers sugar candy as naivedyam to her Kanna
When she got up she could still taste the sweetness of the candy.
Not only Krishna, she is blessed by Devi Maa also.
When she was pregnant for the third time (she is blessed with three daughters), as it was unexpected she did not realise it. She went to Kali Maa temple. The priest asked her to draw a picture of Devi maa. The temple was decorated with jasmine flowers as the Devi maa of that particular temple is known to love them. But Vinitha disagreed and said she would draw Krishna’s picture. He then said Devi would be with you. However, to her surprise, when she started drawing, the picture took the form of Devi Maa. She wanted to complete the picture and sat till 2am. As she opened a black paint bottle she felt like vomiting and a great thirst for water. Suddenly she saw a Divine lady with a red silk saree with her hair full of jasmine flowers. She was holding a sholam (trident) which was pushed into the floor. She walked from one end of the hall to the other end and disappeared. Vinitha felt very cold and all thirst vanished. Next day when she called the priest he told her that Devi maa had given darshan to her as she was drawing Her picture.
