Chittithalli's Activities
Episode 69
It’s been a quite while since I have written about Chittithalli. Few group members are experiencing Chittihalli’s presence and blessings in different ways.
Chittithalli (Chittu as we all call her) along with her brothers Kanna (Krishna) and Gannu (Ganesh) has been going to school from the past few years.
She loves Her school so much that she does not want to bunk even for a day.
Dutifully She finishes Her homework every day and seriously studies for the exams. However when the homework is more She also cries ‘Kanna does not get any home work. Why should teacher give me more?’

So sweet, does She have to sit and complete the homework and write exams too???
If She wants all the homework would be finished in a jiffy.
Life before starting school…
She was busy ----- Most of the time playing at home or at different places along with Her brothers or calling people at random and complaining about various things.
But now She is so busy with school activities that She does not have time for anyone.
Fascinatingly, one thing she learnt is chatting on the mobile. Late in the night after Mrs. Purna sleeps Chittu wakes up and messages to a few people whom she wants to. Anil and myself received some of them although more frequently with Anil.
She starts the conversation by saying “Hi maa” to me and “Hi anna” to Anil.
If She wants all the homework would be finished in a jiffy.

During one of the Navratri festivals, all the three went to the celebrations and enjoyed themselves. Chittu loves to dress up for all the occasions. She wore a long silk skirt, and adorned Herself with different ornaments – waist belt, necklace, bangles, gold braid etc. When they reached the festival arena they enjoyed themselves playing and eating all the prasadams that were offered.
One particular day They came home late in the night and Chittu had a story to tell to Her mother, Mrs. Purna.
When Chittu was playing, a thief caught Her and planned to rob Her of the jewels.
She started shouting...
‘Krishna, Krishna, Krishna’!!!
Immediately Kanna and Gannu came to her rescue. Gannu started hitting the thief with His trunk while Kanna pushed him down and climbed on him hitting him thoroughly. He could not see Gannu and Kanna but he was getting all the blows. Not knowing what was happening the thief ran away.
One particular day They came home late in the night and Chittu had a story to tell to Her mother, Mrs. Purna.
When Chittu was playing, a thief caught Her and planned to rob Her of the jewels.

Once when Mrs. Purna was reading one of our episodes -- the "Three Generations of Blessed Devotees" about the miracle happened in the house of Krishna Dasi.

Suddenly Chittu came to Mrs. Purna and told her that "Amma who else will do all this funny and naughty things other than our Kanna".
During Holi, they all went out and came back only in the evening dripping with colours. Mrs. Purna says it was a herculean task cleaning all three of them as well as her house as the colours dripped on to the floor too.

Mrs. Purna says they can forget all their issues while playing with the three children. Seeing their antics and hearing their talk is enough to bring a smile on her face.
Chittu loves to eat poha with milk for dinner whilst Gannu wants modaks, Kanna prefers butter.

After everyone sleeps, all three play a lot. Gannu being the youngest is very mischievous. However He becomes the target of teasing by Chittu.
They also love to play with Mrs. Purna. All three climb on her and ask her to show her love to them. If one gets more kisses the other two get jealous.
Among the three, Chittu is more jealous and gets upset very fast. Mahabharat war starts among them fighting for the love. Ultimately Mrs. Purna has to come in between to pacify and resolve their fight.
So cute.
How much she must be enjoying all the love and antics of the three?

Managing, pacifying and loving all three of them equally is not an easy task.

Mrs. Purna many a time does not want devotees to visit her as she gets very tired taking care of the needs of these kids.
Chittu says ‘don’t let anyone come home. You will be tired after speaking to them and don’t have the energy to take care of us. Your priority has to be us’.
When Mrs. Purna is very tired they hold her hand to make her walk and don’t disturb her whilst she takes rest.
Such beautiful gesture from Chittu, Kanna and Gannu.
Blessed is Mrs. Purna who is serving and is being served by the Goddess Herself.
