Experiences of Devi Priya
A few months back I wrote about the experiences of Devi Priya and her mother Krishna Dasi.

I have been waiting to hear their experiences as both mother and daughter are very blessed with Kanna and Devi Maa showing their presence almost every day in some form or other.
The neivedyam offered is partaken almost every day.
They share with me many of their experiences regularly.
I am amazed and wonder stuck.
Many a time I don’t even know how to react to the wonderful experiences….
Devi in particular has the most amazing dream experiences which either come true the next day or in the near future.
Many a time what Kanna and Devi Maa want her to do, they specify to her in her dreams.
Although Devi Priya keeps a log (writes in her diary) all her experiences, she could share it with me only a few days back.
Devi Priya does the Sri Venkateswara vratam every Saturday.
She fasts the whole day and takes her food only after offering the Maha Neivedyam in the evening.

On one Saturday after completing the Vratam, while sleeping she saw a Lady.
This Lady consistently comes in her dreams and guides her.
The Lady asked her to offer a garland.
When Devi Priya asked ‘whom should I offer to?’ The lady replied ‘Who else! That person only (indicating to Sri Venkateswara Swamy)’

Taking a clue from the dream she started offering a garland to Bhagawan every Saturday while performing the vratam.
After a few days again the Lady came in the dream and asked Devi to light a deepam exactly after 6 days.
When Devi checked the calendar after waking up, she saw it would be Kartika Pournami.

During Navratri, the same Lady wearing a cream colored saree with a green border visited in her dream and handed over a paper with a lot of mantras.
Devi also saw her daughter sitting in the lap of the lady giving kaajal.

After 6 months, when Devi visited a temple an unknown lady came to her and introduced herself saying her name was Lakshmi.
She asked Devi if she was having any problems and then proceeded to hand over a page with lot of mantras written on it.
She advised Devi to read them to resolve her issues.
She also gave the recipe of a drink to be given to Devi’s daughter saying that it would help her eye problems.
The most interesting thing was that Devi was in a crowded place with no knowledge of who that lady was and why she chose her to give the advice without even knowing who Devi was.
How did she know that Devi has some unresolved issues and that her daughter has some eye related problem?
That is the leela of Devi Maa.
She asked Devi if she was having any problems and then proceeded to hand over a page with lot of mantras written on it.
She advised Devi to read them to resolve her issues.
She also gave the recipe of a drink to be given to Devi’s daughter saying that it would help her eye problems.
The most interesting thing was that Devi was in a crowded place with no knowledge of who that lady was and why she chose her to give the advice without even knowing who Devi was.

Although we might be praying 24 hours of the day to the Almighty and they in turn show their presence, still we have to face our Karma of either this birth or our previous births and go through the ups and down of life.
Continuing the dream she saw the lady sitting on the floor and telling Devi ‘You have to come back again on this day, until then your work would not be done’.
Devi saw a calendar moving in front of her with only dates written on it and an arrow moving on the numbers.
When the arrow stopped on 25th she tried to verify with the lady, but she kept quiet.
After a few more attempts the arrow stopped on 8th. So Devi knew there was something that was going to happen on the 8th of one of the months.
As indicated in the dream, exactly on 8th of Sept 2018, someone came to help resolve her problem.
Continuing the dream she saw the lady sitting on the floor and telling Devi ‘You have to come back again on this day, until then your work would not be done’.

Once when her grandmother was about to go for a surgery, her grandmother’s co-sister was supposed to help her through the hospital stay.
Devi got a dream in which she saw her mother helping the grandmother and not the co-sister.
And that is what ultimately happened…
Days before her grandmother’s surgery, the co-sister passed away and hence Devi’s mother Krishna Priya had to help during the hospital stay.
A series of dreams and experiences guided Devi to perform the vratams and reminding her of her vows.
We need to wait for next week to know about it.
