Words of Wisdom
Cleanse your past sins , Bad Karma
Smt. Geetha Menon
To understand who we are , we need to understand the 4 Maha vakyas of Advaita.
1. Tat Tvam Asi (That Thou Art); in the Chandogya Upanishad of the Sama Veda
2. AyamAtma Brahma (This Atman is Brahman); in the Mandukya Upanishad of the Atharva Veda.
3. Prajnanam Brahma (Consciousness is Brahman); in the Aitareya Upanishad of the Rig-Veda.
4. AhamBrahmasmi (I am Brahman); in the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad of the Yajur-Ved.
Brahman - Any body who , recites and attains state of spirtuality is Brahman . (please reedit)
(have to add other 3 Maha vakyas meaning)
Aham Brahmasmi -
That you are Brahman - you see Brahman in everyone, everything mobile and immobile . Then compassion come in. Your mind should be chanting - ' OM Namah shivaya' or any other mantra in side you 24x7 .
One time Bratha and his country men saw a funny looking animal flying over the sky. They shot down it with their arrows and it fell. They found a large monkey and it was unconscious. They tried everything to wake him up. But they could hear Rama Rama ... sound from somewhere. They frantically kept searching but finally they found it was from the monkey'sbody. It was Hanumanji and due to his constant sadhana every cell of his body was vibrating with Rama Rama sound.
That is the stage we should get - with everybody cell should be vibrating with Lord's name . It will then purify our soul, mind and brain....
Your Karmas will be purified too.In Bhagavad Gita it says at the time of death if you remember me you will reach me - trust it will happen only by the above mentioned path as Krishna says in BG that clearly - if you surrender to me I will clean your slate .
